Hello everyone! We are happy to welcome you to our Space Art Week, a collaboration between Space-Revived and projecteducate to show you all the beauty of space in one densely packed week. We will have a total of 12 articles, including how-to articles, tutorials, space art features and interviews. :la:

What Exactly is Space Art, Anyway?


Space art is a genre depicting the beauty and mysteries of our universe: planets, nebulae, suns, stars, asteroids, galaxies, supernovae... you name it! The field also has strong ties to science fiction art because.. who doesn't see humanity's future somewhere in deep space? 8-)

These previews should give you an idea of what to expect during this week!

I am not sure if it is fitting here, but I wonder if some of the space artits would be interested to participate_in/support this crossover_to_literature project from the lovely Amarantheans  Awareness of the Arts: Into The StarsThe time has come! Our folder is open! To submit to the contest simply contribute your work to the:
Awareness of the Arts:  Into the Stars Folder!
You don't have to be a member to enter.
There is no deadline for sign ups.
As long as both your's and your partners entry's are submitted to the above folder by midnight EST on June 31st you will be entered!

What it is:
Take one Artist and one writer and have them compete together. The Artist draws, or photographs or manipulates their craft; The Writer, writes a poem or short story based off the artist work *p Awareness of the Arts: Into The Stars :flirty:
She did an amazing work with similar projects in the past, and the outcome is really inspiring! It gives more dimenssions both to the literature, as well as to the images on the topic! :nod:
