I like your concept a lot here m8! I just have a couple of critiques to make, please take them in the best way possible, this is not meant to offend you in any way.

First of all, your lighting and composition are great, and your piece flows nicely thanks to the "seaweed" and hair. However, your use of four different main colors in this piece is a bit distracting and takes away from the impact the piece would have made, had you stuck to two main colors. If I was re-making the same piece, I would have used a subtle green for her hair, and for her eyes and eyebrows, and If I really wanted to keep the red hair (I realize this is supposed to be an artistic interpretation of Ariel) I would have made the fish swimming around more red and less orange, as those two colors, when put with the green and blue, don't work together. If you were to keep the red hair, I would also suggest taking the green in this piece and replacing it with a subtle purple to tie the red and blue together.

Other than that, I have nothing much to say, I think you've created a great piece m8! Keep it up!
