I should mention that there would have been a couple of images prior to the first step, but I already merged the layers, so there wasn't much left I could show you.
The steps look pretty simple and I admit, the techniques I used aren't insanely new. I didn't just copy+paste the stocks though, there's always lots of work with perspective distortion, color and lighting adjustments and highlighting implied.
