I originally made this in January so this is already pretty old, yet it's still my favorite work in my gallery, so I really hope you like this one!

Again it is not really easy to criticise your work, particularly this one. We can literally feel the intense expression of the situation when looking at this scene. The technique is just incredible. The falling light shines so realistic on the ground and also on the miscellaneous objects. A visual amusement !
I only can find a lack in it on two aspects. Firstly, the region around the mountains on the right side contiguous to the elephant does not really fit to the rest of the landscape both in sharp quality and in structure. It shall be darker there or just softer, because at the moment I look mostly on this part when beholding the picture and I think this is not the purpose.
The other one is the actual construction of the thunderbolts. I think they are too sharp in the smaller versions and it does not appear realistic. They should get the quality of the ones at the bottom side. But the depth in total knocks my socks off.
The last point would not be a real critique, but something to set us thinking about the theme in this image. We can only see animals and simple parts of nature being sucked into the sky, but why e.g. no human beings ? Is it a statement about the mistreatment against Mother Nature provoked by mankind ?
I belive the title is a real masterstroke, just take time and think about it people ! Anyways the impact you can find in it is mindblowing and will make you think for sure.
this vaguely reminds me of the first KH game when everything on Destiny Islands was getting sucked up into the darkness..... lol i play that game too much
